Here we have the struggle at Reichenbach depicted in a new and exciting way. The center image is a full-color photograph of the real Reichenbach Falls superimposed on a map of Switzerland. This central photograph is flanked with the familiar silhouettes of Holmes and Moriarty symbolically striving for the summit of The Falls. The legend names the falls and the canonical case in which it was most important. The entire print has been brought to life by our artist through a genuine 8-color giclée print rendered on archival quality paper with archival quality ink - true gallery quality. The multiple shadings and subtle hues add a remarkable three-dimensional, vividness to the work - the image actually appears to be hovering above the surface of the paper upon which it is printed. Each print measures 13" by 19" and is personally signed by the artist!!

Shown here are the likenesses of 17 of the actors who have played Holmes on stage, on radio, in the movies and, on TV including our most beloved Jeremy Brett and Basil Rathbone. Tent-fold note cards bearing the likeness of Basil Rathbone, Nigel Bruce, and Ida Lupino, stars of the 1939 classic movie The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. Cards are A7 size (8" by 5" when folded) printed on heavy glossy card stock and are presented 8 to a package complete with envelopes. Really nice for that friendly Sherlockian note, invitations to the next Sherlockian affair, or to keep around "just in case"! They make a great and inexpensive Sherlockian gift, too.

Full Color Sherlockian Holiday Greeting Cards
"A well-played violin is a treat for the gods ., . ." and so is this Holiday greeting card (left above)! The art for this exquisite card was rendered, especially for Classic Specialties, by Mr. Phil Cornell, eminent Australian Sherlockian artist. When we saw Mr. Cornell's subtle use of texture and hues in this poignant rendering, we simply could not reduce the work to a single color or even a duo-tone. So we said, "Hang the cost! We want the Sherlockian Community to see this work in a form as close to Mr. Cornell's original as we can make possible." We are sure that you will appreciate his talents as fully as we do. The cards are remarkable and lovely showing Mr. Holmes accompanying a few of the Baker Street Irregulars as they carol on the Victorian street. This outstanding full-color graphic is printed on heavy, glossy card stock measuring 5.5 by 4.25 inches, and contain appropriate Sherlockian Holiday greetings both on the front and on the inside. Whimsical Holiday Greeting Card

For those who like a bit of whimsy with their Holiday greetings, artist Phil Cornell has provided another splendid Holmesian illustration for your Holiday pleasure (right above). Although there is no record in the Canon of Holmes and Watson's ever exchanging presents, Sherlockians are an imaginative lot and a little humor cannot fail to brighten the holiday season. We'd like to point out that this is the first time we have ever offered two holiday greeting card designs during the same season - artist Phil Cornell's work charmed us so that we couldn't help but see to it that you got to see both of his designs. Not only were we charmed by Mr. Cornell's art, but we were also impressed with his Sherlockian erudition which is apparent in this card (examine its details carefully!). Cards measure 5.5 by 4.25 inches; printed in "Carbuncle" blue ink on heavy, glossy card stock, appropriate holiday greeting inside, delivered in packs of 10 cards with envelopes.
